25th April is ANZAC Day - a day Australia remember those who fought in war, be it on the shores of Gallipoli, we also celebrate the mateship and friendship. In a way that spirit of mateship came a a knocking, a good friend came over with the intention of helping me down in the train room. In no time the room has gained more space under the house by removing two wooden walls.
this has given me easy access to this area which was to be a hidden loop of track. The other plus is the aisles are wider now. It also means the lower staging no longer is compley hidden, and the junction and part of the the staging throat is now exposed. This is great for problems. It also has effect on the two sceniced decks above. They have been simplified and rearranged. Have a look at plan 6b, it seems to be evolving in the right direction ! We are working on moving the washing machine upstairs. At the moment it will be movin directly above it's position now. That means the machine still can use the waste sinkhole, and the water pipes. This will be the next main project. I have also joined the LDSIG on Yahoo and enjoy the inpiration there. I have tried to be helpful there as the group has so much knowledge. So that all for this month ! |
