The big picture: Update 23rd APril 2007

The Third working bees for 2007 year went well.

Roger Lloyd was over to continue the fasia work. We cut up more strips for the facia, so Roger could claim his Triton workbench back ! Three strips were glued & clamped. More lighting discussin ensured as well.

On the weekend after I did some preparation work for the "creek" scene I planning for the upper level of the peninsular. I basically measured & cut some boards to be the base of the creek. Now this creek is not a quiet meandering stream, it will be a secion of still water feeding into a set of rapids.

The facia was cut as well to suit a profile I wanted. Two places there will be bridges, so the facia was cut to "water level" - looks good.

I also cut a rectangle hole to poke a DCC throttle connector. It was done int he unfinished facia board, to try the method, and of it didn't work, the final masonite layer will cover it !
